As the Founder and International President of Theta Phi Sigma Christian Sorority, Inc.®, she has helped to revolutionized the Christian Greek-letter movement by offering women a more excellent way to experience sisterhood, faith, and leadership. A native of Savannah, Georgia and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Dr. Jessica is known globally for her apostolic grace, holistic ministry, and bold approach to merging faith, culture, and legacy. She holds multiple degrees in counseling and theology, and has impacted thousands through her work as a holistic counselor, singer, actress, and prophetic voice. She is the visionary behind powerful initiatives such as the Pearls, Power, and Purpose Women’s Conference, the Prophets & Seers Tribe, and the Anointed Assembly of Christian Fraternities and Sororities (AACFS) — where she serves as Chief Apostolic Overseer. Her ministry and leadership emphasize healing, generational restoration, and spiritual authenticity. Her vibrant personality, paired with her deeply rooted spirituality, positions her as a dynamic force in both sacred and secular spaces.


Dr. Jessica holds degrees in counseling and divinity, and is a sought-after speaker, prophetic coach, and global strategist for women-led ministries and brands. Her tribal lineage includes Choctaw, Mayan, and Lumbee ancestry, which she honors in her spiritual teachings and cultural initiatives. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and is happily married to Rodney Dorsey Jr., a powerful leader in his own right, with whom she co-leads several initiatives that empower men and women across generations.
